WALKING DISTANCE to Altru (9 minutes) or UND Odegard Hall (15-20 mins). Also right on the coulee bike path. Bike to Altru in 4 minutes or Odegard in less than 10. Would be GREAT for students - very quiet building with polite neighbors. Association Fee is $125/month and includes water, garbage, recycling, snow removal, lawn care and common area cleaning fees. Electric and cable/internet are the only utilities. Electric has been between $16 (lowest) to $84 (highest) and averages about $55/month. More pictures pending cleanup. OWN for less than RENTING!
