I am currently offering a $350 a month discount for a 6-month lease on a 2 bedroom duplex within walking distance of downtown Ann Arbor. It's really a great location! Unfortunately, I have to leave the Ann Arbor area, so I'm in a hurry to find a subletter. The house is ideal for two friends or a couple; you can sign just a 6-month lease, or a year and a half lease here. The floorplan is pretty simple, it's a cozy little duplex with 2 bedrooms and a very nice kitchen with wood finishing. There's laundry on-site and a nice little backyard. It's very adequate for two people who would like a very chill and relaxed existence in the city, and in my opinion, the best part of the place is the proximity to downtown Ann Arbor--I've saved a lot of money on gas because I've been walking to work. I can be very flexible as far as showings go. If you decide that you'd like to move in, the good news is that I won't be taking a security deposit from you. If you'd like to stay past the sublet deadline and sign on for another year, we can definitely work that out with Investors Property Management. pretty standard sub-lease terms, nothing special or out of the ordinary
