It is on the second floor. There is no kitchen. It is a bedroom that measures approximately 12'x 12.5' and a bathroom and hallway that measure approximately 7' x 10'. There is room in the hallway for a mini fridge and microwave but for safety reasons, no hot plates please. There are two houses on the lot and this is located in the front house. The property is gated and can only be accessed via remote gate opener or a key for the front gate. This room is only for one person. There is space for a small vehicle to be parked inside (no trucks or SUVS) so you don't have to worry about street parking. Room has a ceiling fan, closet organizer, full bath, 1 yr old laminate flooring and paint. We are a family of three who work and go to school. We have a dog who is pretty well behaved. Credit and background check will be run for prospective tenants through Cozy.
