The Owner's Suite offers a queen bed, a smart TV, a dresser, and a closet for all your storage needs. The Guest Bedroom also boasts a queen bed and a closet, while the third bedroom provides two full-sized beds and a desk, ideal for extra guests or remote work. Guests must provide a valid driver's license or ID and sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home. Pet fees are required, with a one-time fee based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. This property is in a stunning location directly across the street from Goodale Park in the Victorian Village, a historic and beautiful part of downtown.
