Lovely home in a quiet residential neighborhood, only 12 minutes drive to UMass. The rental space includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and huge backyard with lawn furniture to enjoy. The home includes hard wood floors in the bedrooms and ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a working fireplace in the living room and central air conditioning for the warmer months. All utilities, including internet, are included with the rental price. Owners are renting the bottom floor of the home as they are out-of-state during the academic year. (Tenants may overlap with owners (whose bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor) for a short period of time over the holiday break if tenants are there then. Nonsmokers only.
