Spacious apartments in the Independence School District (Santa Fe Elementary, Bingham Middle School and William Chrisman High School). The one bedroom/one bath apartment is approximately 750 sq. ft. The rent is $625 per month and the security deposit is $625. We do not allow smoking in the apartment. We do allow a small pet with an additional $500 pet deposit. Our residents pay for their own gas and electric services and we provide water and trash services. The application fee is $25 per person and includes a credit report, rental history, employment verification and a background check. Our general requirements are: 1. Your gross monthly income needs to be at least three times the rental amount 2. No collections or a evictions from a former landlord or utility company 3. Stable employment history 4.
