The lease is month-to-month, though longer-term is strongly preferred. Parking included, laundry is in the building, and the unit is generally calm and cozy. Area is walking distance to coffee shops. There is one dog and one cat in the home, so the landlord prefers no additional pets. Looking for someone who's tidy and cleans up after themselves. There's also a shaded backyard garden/patio. Landlord requires a credit check and a security deposit of approximately $1,700, fully refundable upon move-out. Rent cost is approx $1600 monthly.
