They have recently replaced the siding and repaired the mini roofs over each units entrance. Over Christmas break, the decking and stairs were replaced and are scheduled to be stained soon. Plans for new landscaping are being drawn up now and redoing the parking areas is planned for the near future as well. The association is well funded and is not anticipating any future assessments for planned projects. Our daughters will be in this space until May 6th. Our girls loved living here and it was a great place for us to stay when we came for visits and football games!
