When I first purchased this home I was living on Alameda Ridge and it seemed way out of the way. Within a week of moving in I was ecstatic with it's location. Less than 8 minutes from downtown (Alameda was 15), and within 7 minutes I have: Multnomah Village, Washington Square, Bridgeport Village, several Fred Meyers, 2 Home Depots, 2 Target's, Uwajimaya, etc. etc. etc. I am so close to downtown Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, everything! I had no idea. I am moving to San Diego and am a motivated seller.
