The other areas are shared such as kitchen, laundry room, which includes washer and dryer, dining room, and additional living room space attached to the dining room. There is plenty of room for two people in this home. The home is primarily hardwood floors. Availability is immediate pending application and credit/background check. Street parking. No pets, no smoking in house and that includes vaping. Cigarette butts must be discarded property. If smoking is found to be in house or trash from cigarettes on property the deposit is automatically nonrefundable and tenant must vacate property within 3 days.
