Cottage on Saginaw Bay purchased 10-16-2016 Lot one with cottage is 50' X 130'. Lot 2 with Garage is a wedge shape and measures 150' road frontage X 80' deep at widest and then the back line is 175' all measurements are approximate. No well but we priced them and you can have one installed for around $3500. This cabin always shared water (hose connection between) with the cottage to the south as they were family and only put down one well. has wood heat and baseboard electric heat in main living area and front bedroom. Singlewide trailer is in very rough shape and will need to be replaced at some point but we currently use it as is for hunting and fishing camp. the addition is very nice and has no known issues at all. Septic has never given us any issues. The garage has lots of storage for mower, Hunting and fishing equipment and quads or snowmobiles. Very secure area and neighbors watch all people and traffic in the area. beautiful sunsets at the fire pit out back at the sea wall.
