Home is being completely remodeled with new tile, new paint etc. Will post new pictures soon. Renovations should be complete by 3-08-2017 and ready to be rented by the following weekend. Yard is fenced but it is not pet proof. Non smokers only. Insurance will not allow bit bulls, german shepards etc., maximum 3 cars as parking is limited. Must have verifiable rental history.
