Looking for another renter starting mid January, as tenant is moving out. The place is in a condo community. You will be sharing the common area such as kitchen, washer and dryer and living space. There are currently 2 other tenants in the unit. You will have your own room and private bathroom. Rent is $1200 per month, owner would prefer $600 every 2 weeks and be in the military. Utilities are included and wifi so you will only be paying for the rent. Only doing 6 month leases with a first month and last month rent as the deposit. PM for showings or details. 1 of the tenants is living in the other room and another tebnat is living in the couch in the living space, both in the military. The lease will only be for until August, until owner decides what he would like to do with he property.
