My family and I invested in this property more than he did he didn't want to yet we still paid him rent.. honestly the floor need level, plumbing need redone, the house shifting, roof need repar the Central ac and heat doesn't even work have supply your own . 3 member of my pass in this home and I married him 2014 I handle tenant , evection cuz he didn't know how do it my family move in we put alot effort money and time in the home than my husband did I 2ant be honest with everyone about this home it take alot more work and effort fixing it up maintains it up to date even electrical need be redone ..
