This property is stocked for mid-term stays, providing only starter toiletries such as one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag. Annual preventive maintenance checks for smoke detectors and HVAC filters may occur, and you will be notified in advance if access is needed. In case of emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a specified time, we reserve the right to enter the unit. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation, and the reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed, with a refundable key deposit of $35 required.
