Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV pre-loaded with free streaming apps. The game room, located in the heated garage, offers a fun-filled space with a foosball table, darts, ping pong, and basketball. Downstairs, a separate room provides a queen bed, a 55" smart TV, an Xbox 360 with games, Kinect, and an Atari, along with board and card games. The master bedroom includes a desk area for remote work and a sofa that folds into a bed. The second master bedroom features a comfortable Puffy Mattress and overlooks the backyard. This is a smoke-free home, and any violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
