We are selling our cozy little house! We have out grown it! The main level has recently been updated! I am in the middle of a couple small projects but are motivated to sell! I need to put in a bulk head above cabinets to cover up the pipes for the new central air installed and a little trim work around new furnace door that was installed as well! Also we’ve recently built a new garage and our finishing up the electrical them projects will be completed by closing! The 2 rooms upstairs and siding and windows need updated if wanted. I believe the house would be worth around 140k if done. If the house doesn’t sell by spring I am going to carry on to them projects and raise the listing price to 140k. We had in appraisal done in 2016 at 92k that was before the new furnace and central air was installed and before new garage and patios added!
