The location is great, less than 5 miles from Clarendon, Ballston, Capital One Arena, and Reagan National Airport. There are buses that come to the end of the street every five minutes that will take you to either the Pentagon or Pentagon City metro stops (5 minutes on the bus). You can also walk if you'd like, ~1 mile walk. The floor plan is not quite accurate as a wall and set of stairs have been Rent is $3,600 a month + Utilities. There is permit street parking available right outside. Permits are purchased on a semi-annual basis and cost $25 for 6 months. Guests passes are included with permits. Would prefer not to rent to individuals with pets, but willing to make an exception if the circumstance is right (Dogs only).
