I just bought this house and the very conservative appreisal was $390K. The houses around with the same size and squere feet are selling around $400K - $410K. I am remodelling all the bathrooms, putting laminate wood on the second floor, installing modern lamps in all house and painting. I think the zestimate of the house is very low compare with the comparables around. There are house in the same neghtboorhood that their zestimate are more acurate. For some reason my address is compare with properties that does not make sense. Please update zestimate thank you so much
