No barn and horses have access to all 10 acres to graze. Currently a boarder has 4 horses on property and owner has 1. If you like peace and quiet with access to nearby quaint river and beach towns and the urban conveniences of Orlando less than 1hour away this is the place for you. Nearby Airports, Daytona Beach, Sanford, Orlando. This is a working horse ranch so boarders will be on opposite side of the 10 acres. Required: year lease, background check, 1st months rent, last months rent, security deposit. 1 year lease. Renter responsible for electric, dish, internet. No aggressive dog breeds. Max 2 dogs 2 cats. Pet deposit required depending on animals. A background check will be required and renter must pay for it.
