The spa on the property may be used, but will not be maintained, repaired, or replaced if it does not work. The large garage in back and the RV pad cannot be used by the tenant. Residents will be responsible for all utilities (including propane). Dogs (no cats) allowed by approval with $50/mo rent increase per pet and $500 deposit increase.
