It is a town home so you park in garage on the lower floor, then living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath are on main floor, with 2 master suites are on the 2nd floor. Unit has loads of windows and nice light, a modern feel, heated tile floor in bathroom, nice juliette balcony. 2 masters are great for roommates! Each must qualify on their own though Pet on case by case basis with $500 non refundable pet fee with a home visit. But keep in mind there is no yard for large dogs.
