We are about 4 miles south of Kremmling. This property is a little over 35 acres. It has gravity fed spring water to the house which has been tested and is great water, and a well for stock, lawn and garden. The property has great horse facilities and was used for calving our heifers for the past 7 years. There is a roping arena, several sheds, a set of truck scales, and a pond which is the overflow from your spring water. The pond has never been dry that we know of.
