What I love about this home: This home is two blocks from the famous La Jolla Shores beaches. The ocean breeze comes through the house and creates a lovely cross-flow. The home has an incredible in-door/out-door experience with many french doors that open out to a secure and private patio. There are two additional private yard locations that encourage entertaining or just lounging with a good book. There are many citrus and apple trees that are prolific producers. This home is in the perfect location to easily walk to the high street for dinner, entertainment, or just to visit your local mercantile. There is a secure outdoor space to keep bikes and outdoor toys which is also near the outdoor, heated shower. The home has a free standing office building for the ultimate in privacy. The house is very secure with a great iron gate at the front. I have absolutely loved living here. Lease through May 31, 2021 I am the current tenant, I am looking for someone to assume the lease (take over, not sublet) current lease terms through May 31, 2021 at which time you can re-negotiate with the landlord for new lease or month to month options.
