I personally lived here for six years and during my time here I was able to enjoy many wonderful nights whether it was hanging out on the second story porch with a fire going or a third story porch grilling and listening to reggae, then sitting by the fire and watching a movie on the projector screen. One thing you'll find here is that hosting is pleasure and easy to accommodate a group of people. We had many game nights and movie nights. I'm eager to meet the next person that moves in! P.S. the walkability is unmatched! Tenant pays utilities, landlord pays for lawn, parking is driveway.
