    Our leasing process is entirely online. *Pictures are of the unit next door that has the same layout, just reversed* Recently built, zero-entry, ground-floor-only, three-bedroom, two-bath duplex unit with an attached one-car garage is now available for rent in Wichita, near Central & Oliver. Rent is $1,395 per month with a $1,300 security deposit. The deposit is due at lease signing, and rent is due at move-in. A minimum one-year lease is required. The minimum gross household income requirement, which is three times the monthly rent, is $4,185. This zero-entry, ground-floor-only duplex unit features luxury vinyl flooring throughout, except for carpet in the bedrooms, and an open-concept layout with combined living, dining, and kitchen areas. The patio door off the living room opens to a concrete patio area and a large, privacy-fenced backyard. The kitchen features granite countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. A full bathroom is located off the hallway. The main bedroom includes a full en-suite bathroom. There is a separate laundry room with hookups available for a washer and dryer. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and trash service. Lawn care is provided. No smoking is permitted on the property, inside or out. This unit is not Section 8 approved, and we do not accept third-party financial assistance payments. There is a $45 application fee per person age 18 or older. Two pets are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300.
