This is a very nice house in desirable Pinehurst Subdivision. Ceilings are 9 feet high. The all-electric kitchen has granite countertops and lots of nice cabinets. The master suite is spacious with a full bathroom containing a tub, shower and two walk-in closets. There is an enclosed patio just off of the back of the house. This house is conveniently located close to the Coast Guard Base, schools, shopping, and dining options. It is currently under lease and is not ready for occupancy. It will be ready on June 1, 2026. You must provide work verification and credit score before given a tour to view the property. No tours of the property will be given until advance notice and permission has been granted from existing tenants.
