The house is in a quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes from the vet school, so the location is super convenient. It features a large bathroom, a spacious basement, and a partially fenced yard (We plan on fnecing it in this summer). Rent is $575 per month plus utilities, with a deposit equal to one month's rent. The bedrooms are unfurnished, but the living room and kitchen are fully furnished. There's on-site laundry in the basement, along with both driveway and street parking. Pets are welcome as long as they get along with the two friendly dogs currently living here. They've both lived with other dogs and cats and do great.
