The home is decent. It needs new carpet and new paint on some of the walls. The kitchen wall is a bit damaged. The roof wZ recently fixed. It has 2 full baths. A dining area. A medium sized kitchen. A living room 2 full rooms and one loft type of room that can be used for a guest room,baby room or office. The bathrooms are a pretty good sizes. One is down stairs and one is upstairs. The windows are all weather proofed. The house was painted about 7 years ago. Inside and out. The neighborhood is very quiet and the people around are very nice. This is about 10 minutes away from "Newport on the levee" and the river. The schooling systems are decent. We've lived here for 18 years and haven't had many problems. Appliances are old but still work and will come with home. We are selling it for someone that wants to get a cheaper fixer upper or wants to flip a house.
