    Building a new home is great, but this 3 year old Wathen Castanos home is better. This home has barely been lived in. The front landscaping was upgraded with synthetic lawn and the backyard has a patio cover and cement. Inside, designer curtains and rods are included, allowing for immediate move in. The downstairs has an open concept plan, with a huge kitchen island. There is space for a breakfast nook as well, a pantry, and ample counter space. A half bathroom is just off the entry. Upstairs are all the bedrooms and the laundry room. The master is well appointed with dual sinks, large panty, private toilet room and walk-in shower. This home has a leased solar system where the payment is only $122 and currently no true up (based upon current owner's usage). The heater is a heat pump, so no high gas bills in the winter either. The backyard is the perfect size for dinners and bbq's, then you can walk around the corner to the community greenbelt that you don't have to mow!Looking for that low maintenance, energy efficent home, then this is it!
