This is a 1 year lease and month to month is not permitted. You will be putting your name on my lease with me as a co-tenant. There are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The bedroom available will not be furnished. The available bedroom is 8ft X 11ft. The rent per person= $785. Internet=$24 per person. SDG&E each month varies~ $18-$35 per person. No on-site parking available, so you would have to park at El Carmel Pl (closest), on Mission Blvd, or elsewhere. It is located in Santa Barbara Cove just steps from Mission Bay and one block from Mission Beach! This is such a great area and can walk to the beach in under one minute and the bay is even closer! The apartment is partially furnished. A bit about myself... My name is Kyle. I'm 24 years old and currently work at a psychiatric hospital in North County. I typically work 3pm-11:30pm, and sometimes until 3:30 or 7am. During my free time I like to do anything active and outdoors. One of my favorite things to do is go paddle surfing. What I am looking for in a roommate: Ideally I am looking for a guy (if a great girl is out there I am open to it!) between the ages of 22-26.
