Yes, I do need some TLC inside and out, BUT, I have a New Roof, Siding, Windows, Central Air and Septic!! All the Big Stuff is already done! I just need some sprucing up, I have been neglected, I need paint upstairs and some repairs, cleaning downstairs and grass cutting outside, other than that I am almost 5 acres big and I offer a secluded homestead, a heated 30 x 30 pole barn/garage and a picturesque landscape (when I'm mowed)!
