i have remodeled this home myself: taken the inside walls to the studs put up new sheet rock torn out and replaced the floor joists & subfloor and laid 1/2inch plywood, stripped the outside walls to the studs and put blandex sheeting and put on ducthlap vinyle siding. laundry room is 5 feet wide 22 feet long with linen closet in one end, utility room is 4'x6" bath is 12'x13', kitchen has full size doubleoven and island for stove top, all windows and doors were new as of spring 2007, kitchen exterior door is a true french double hung double pane door central heat and air (heat pump) installed in march 2008
