Rent is $845 due on the 28th of each month, with heating and water included. Electric (including air-conditioning) gets to $60 at most in the summer. Internet and cable are yours to choose and pay for. The landlord provides free furnishing as well. Landlord's maintenance staff provides prompt repairs if required, as well as snow removal. The building is a couple blocks north from the Big House on Main Street (perfect for Wolverine Fans), and an easy walk from downtown Ann Arbor and U of M's central campus.
