I need someone trustworthy, reliable, and most importantly, financially responsible. I have a consistent place with my girlfriend of a year. We just need a consistent, long-term, responsible tenant. I'm Not looking to rent out for a couple of months, looking for long-term, but still month to month lease. Open to longer lease if wanted. Smoking is ok, just not inside the house. Preferably someone without any animals to add to the mix, just to avoid any issues. I may be somewhat flexible, depending on the animal/breed. House is across from an Elementary School. Nice older neighbors. Washer/Dryer units in house. Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon, plus Google Fiber WiFi internet. House is monitored by Nest cameras in front and back.
