Be in Los Gatos or on the beach in Santa Cruz in 15 minutes. Live the country life while being just minutes away from great restaurants, grocery, and other services. People who come over always say, "what a cool property". If you're seeking to be off the grid without being off the grid this could be a great escape for a season. Alfred Hitchcock used to live on the adjacent property! Do not disturb current tenants no smoking, no pets. Prefer no children due to water hazard (lake), property owners would be using the outdoor/land amenities on a periodic basis during tenancy. Xfinity/Comcast cable internet is not available. However, cell service is very good so a hot spot is an option as would satellite internet be an option.
