Knutson & Associates Property Management has a Furnished 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House at Cooks Landing in Captain Cook. Owners son lives in the the Ohana on the property and does the properties Yard. The garage is not for use by the Tenants but there is a parking stall for a vehicle on the open space in the driveway next to the garage and a second vehicle will need to park on the side of the street. Owners will be putting up a fence in the backyard to separate the Ohana property where their son Dane lives so there is more privacy for the Tenants in the Main House. Owners and their son Dane receive their mail at the property so they don't want the Tenants to receive mail at the property because privacy is important to the Owners so they ask that the Tenants get a PO Box to receive their mail at so it's separate from the property. Owners said for the receiving of packages from like Amazon is fine to have sent to the property. Available May 1st, 2026 for a 1 year lease. Extensions are available if Tenants are a good fit for the property and if the Owner approves of one. Rent is $2,300 per month plus GE Tax. Owners pay for Water and Landscaping so these Utilities are included in the Rent. Tenants will be responsible for paying a portion of the electric bill with the rent amount every month. Owners will send the electric bill to property management every month to let the Tenants know the amount they will need to pay along with their rent.
