The bus to the city is just two blocks away. We are also a 15 minute walk to the light rail and ferry. Both bathroom and kitchen are updated. Original hardwood floors. No carpet. Street parking is better on this street than most because the lots are larger--less people living on the street. You do not have to move your car for street cleaning (if you have one.) We, the owners, live downstairs so we take very good care of the house. Quiet time after 9pm--meaning no loud music or loud parties. Take out your own trash. Renter pays electric, gas, internet. Water is covered in the rent. No smoking. Pets must be approved. 1 year renewable lease.
