When we remodeled in 2018, we enclosed our garage and added a new kitchen with granite counter tops, white shaker cabinets, a farm sink, a coffee bar, a pantry, gas stove & we love it! We also added a small mud room and small bedroom. We opened up our living area and made our living, dining and entry all in one big room! We also added a small full bathroom for our son as well as guest who stay in the downstairs guest bedroom. (Which most people would call a study). We extended our Master Bathroom, adding a shower & jetted tub as well as adding a closet in there. Our former closet and half bath became our new laundry room! Upstairs the only real changes have been the bathrooms, windows, closet doors and paint colors! And maybe light fixtures! We also repainted the staircase. We are going to add bookcases beside the fireplace on either side this summer.
