There is radiant heat in the floors (a treat for your toes in the winter!). Two window unit ACs provided. 2 skylights provide ventilation and great light in the kitchen area. Linens and other like items are available, or can be removed. (The unit was previously an Airbnb, so it is stocked accordingly.) BTW: Owners live on property and maintain trash, snow removal, yard etc. Use of yard is negotiable. Lease may begin as early as 8/20/22, but 9/1/22 is also fine. Lease length is negotiable, but preferably 6 months+. Rent includes the cost of utilities: water, electric, gas and internet. If cable is desired tenant would need to make separate arrangements. NO SMOKING. Pets are negotiable.
