Light rail and bus stop at corner. This two-bedroom, two bath, 17th floor, unit has A/C, an in-unit washer-dryer, wall-mounted large screen TV and is 1,129 square feet with an open kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace and a balcony with a view of the Amazon Spheres. We have a new king sized bed in master bedroom but are willing to remove. One bathroom has a great tub. The complex also includes a fitness center, community room and entertainment deck (although COVID limitations are in effect). Unit is renting for $3200 per month. Unlike most buildings, utilities (other than electricity) and parking are included in rent. But there is no out-of-unit storage. Dogs allowed. Willing to do a nine month lease not willing to negotiate on rent as we deliberate set the rent low as any comparison shopper will realize.
