Our home rental is designed to accommodate those who are a working professional here on a short-term contract, in a housing transition, or just a long vacation. Our place is a newer home, fully furnished with basic kitchen and bath supplies, clean and comfortable 3 bedroom and 2 bath that is situated in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It is a fully fenced backyard with a small outdoor patio set to relax and dine on under bistro lights. There is also a small BBQ grill which uses a Coleman gas canister. You will have access to a two car garage for your vehicle(s) for extra comfort and security. There's plenty of room in the garage for bikes and a side-by-side. There is a sliding barn door off the living room to provide extra privacy for the two guest bedrooms. There is access to WiFi high-speed internet and a work desk located in the west quest bedroom. The primary bedroom and the east guest bedrooms have blackout shades for those who may work nights. We hope you find our home to be a place of peace and a refuge for your stay as we have. Additional: Fully furnished and all utilities included Security Deposit $1,000 Minimum of a 1 month lease No smoking or vaping on premises. Small pets may be considered, upon landlord approval only, with an additional $300 security deposit ** A criminal / credit check will be performed for all rental applicants & occupants 18+ years old, via Keycheck website; there is a non-refundable charge of $45 each to Keycheck for this service.
