Application Process
1) Fill out the online application by clicking the APPLY FOR THIS UNIT button at the bottom of the listing. Every person 18 years or older must apply. The fee is $35 per application.
2) Applicant must show proof of income, (i.e. Social Security Benefits letter, last 6 paystubs, bank statements, or tax returns. Child support is not considered.) Income needs to meet or exceed 2.5 times the amount of the monthly rent.
Management reserves the right to verify references and review publicly available information as part of the applicant screening process.
Applicants are required to pass screening.
Once application is approved, the move in inspection and lease signing will be performed at the property.
The full deposit is due in the form of a money order or cashier check made payable to South Coast Property Group.
Rent is to be paid upon move-in at which time the keys will be released to the tenant(s).
