New roommate will have own private medium sized bedroom with a closet, and use of all shared spaces - a very large open sunny and invitingly furnished main living area, spacious kitchen with brand new glass top stove, shared bathroom, and collective use of the 3rd bedroom space. Also included: shared washer & dryer, yard with covered front porch great for sitting on, and a back patio hang out area with table, grills and big trees. Additional storage space available in detached garage. This unit is the entire upstairs, shares yard and laundry room with seperate 2 downstairs tenants. Great location! Old Town neighborhood, walk 1 block to CSU, restaurants, bus routes, short distance to Old Town center. This house has worked very well for groups of upper level students & young professionals over the years. Privately owned house, Landlord offsite. Seeking move in by Dec 1 or 15th, but room will be available as early as November 16. November rent is free! Lease with the current Tenant staying will go till July 31 2026. Applications to be submitted through Zillow. Security deposit may be negotiated in installments if needed. Tenants are collectively responsible for regular yard maintenance mowing and watering, and winter sidewalk snow shoveling. No smoking allowed in house.
