This house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. the bedrooms and bath are very spacious. It has a small fenced in back yard for pets, and big front porch with some of it covered and a big front yard. It includes a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer hook up. It also has a walk in room off of bathroom that could be used for storage or closet. We require a security deposit of $1,400. We allow pets but there is a $300 non-refundable pet deposit, both of these are required at move in. Our lease is 1 year with option to renew when it is up.
