This beautiful home has some great bones, my grandfather remodeled this home back in 2005 from the floor up. There is three bedrooms, one of those is the “master”, it’s a pretty good size bedroom. The other two rooms are about the same size with the bathroom in between them. The kitchen and living room is also a really good size with a half wall dividing them. There is a half basement that has exterior access. This home would make a great first home for young buyers, or a good fixer upper with minimal work needed. There is just so much potential that this home has. I just don’t have the time or the means to do it. There is a lead paint issue in the basement stairwell ceiling, and the outside of the house has a crawlspace door that will need removed along with lead paint “dust” around it so a lead abatement contractor approved by the state will need to come in and remove that. I have all the paperwork for this problem and what exactly needs done. I’m tired of seeing a great home sit empty when it could be someone’s new home in a great neighborhood.
