Dogs are permitted, but in our townhouses only, with restrictions that do apply. We only allow pets that are under 25lbs and require a signed pet agreement. Our pet deposit is $250 when you move in or obtain a pet during your lease agreement and has a monthly fee of $25 per dog with a maximum of 2 dogs.
