We are a pet friendly, quiet family community. Close to transportation. Close to shopping and the Gorge. Water, Sewer, Trash & 1-assigned parking space included in the monthly rent. We are very pet friendly and accept all size and breed of dog with an additional $500 pet deposit. Cats are free of charge. We have 2 onsite dog stations and 1 dog run. Onsite children's playground and 2 very large onsite laundry rooms with coded access. The laundry machines use the card system instead of quarters. 6 months & 1 year
