The beach house is on the tranquil bayside. Steps to the beach, ocean, and bay. You can enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, surfing, or swimming. The 3 bedrooms house has a large floor plan. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and closet. It also has a full kitchen with dining plus an attached two-car garage. Additional street parking and parking lot nearby as well. The washer and dryer are on the first floor. There are a few decks and balconies besides a barbecue and outdoor dining area in the front yard. The beach house is very clean, well maintained, and nicely upgraded. Perfect location for a wonderful family vacation or rental! Tenants are responsible for utilities and cable. No smoking or large parties are allowed on the property. Tenants/renters must follow local regulations for loud noises. Seven nights minimum stay is required from June 1st to August 31st. Rates are higher during the three summer months ( June-Aug). The owner will pay for the utilities for a short vacation rental with the summer rate. The weekly rental is from Saturday -Saturday. We are also open to a monthly lease or up to 9 months lease (Sep-May). Please note that the property is currently occupied. We can only show the property with proper notice.
