The inside is 95% new to include- new floors throughout, all new electrical wire and fixtures, all new drywall and wainscoting throughout, and new kitchen and bathroom fixtures. The interior still needs a handrail up the stairs and along the floor edge on the second floor. The exterior needs to be wrapped with half log siding and this cabin will jump in value and curb appeal. It has a 2,500 gallon water tank and a 250 gallon propane tank with a very large kohler propane generator. Propane hot water heater and stove. The cabin is also wired to run off a small generator to minimize noise. The large propane generator is wired inside the house to be turned off and on with a light switch. There is a basement that is accessed by a man door. It is roughly 10x20 with a ceiling light, it could be a garage if a bigger door was added.
